Dear Block Leaders, 
 
I hope everything is going well in your areas of the neighborhood.  The City
Wide Clean Up went very well; and a very big thank you to all the block
leaders who came out and who got their neighbors involved.   The day would
have been a flop with out you all!!!   
 
Currently we are working on planning our next block leader get together,
which we hope to make more informal and fun.  I will send you all more
updates on that as it comes.  I am also working on updating and refurbishing
the welcome to the neighborhood/ block leader packets.  So look forward to
those!!  I hope you know if you ever need any information for you or your
neighbors, let us know. 
 
This Sunday at 10am there is a Park Clean Up Project with Goucher College at
the Calvert Street Park on 2200 Calvert Street.  Ill be there at 11am; come
join in if you are interested.  
 
One big thing, I was really hoping to get more of those surveys back from
everyone.  I can come pick them up, you can mail them, or email them.
Whatever works best for you.

PS.  With the time change and night coming earlier and earlier it is
important for safety reasons to make sure that all of our street lights are
up and running.  The safety team has asked me to pass on this message to
you.  If you happen to notice that there is a non- functioning street light
in your neighborhood please call 311 and report it, as well as call us here
at the CVCBD so that we can also track and make sure these street lights are
taken care of.  Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to making
Charles Village a great place to live!
