I Hope Everyone is Coming out to Clean This Weekend!!

 

Hey everyone, 

I hope you are all excited to come out and spruce up the neighborhood during
the Mayor's Spring Clean Up.  Below is a schedule for the day and as you can
see at two of our four table locations we are having cook outs.  Everyone is
welcome to come, not just those areas of the neighborhood.  The CVCBD is
going to supply the hot dogs and the hamburgers, but we would just love if
everyone in the neighborhood brought something as well so it's kind of like
a pot luck.  Things like drinks, side dishes and deserts!!! They will
certainly be good after a day of cleaning.  I hope to see you all there,
please invite everyone to join in.

Mayor's Spring Clean Up Schedule for the CVCBD Area

Times:

7:45 am - Joey and Art arrive 

8:00 am - Staff load the Truck at the CVCBD

8:25 am - Staff deliver table to 2700 Maryland Ave

8:35 am - Staff deliver table to 3230 Abell Ave

8:45 am - Staff deliver table to 27th and Barclay

8:55 am - Staff deliver table to 23rd and Guilford

9:00 am - Tables open

9:15 am - Joey and Art pick up Volunteer Group at CVCBD 

12:30 pm - Warm up Grills at (27th and Barclay) and (2700 Maryland Ave)

Joey and Art deliver hamburgers and hot dogs for cook out

1:00 pm - Cook out at (27th and Barclay) and (2700 Maryland Ave), neighbors
bring food!!

2:00 pm - Pack up

 

 

2301 N. Charles Street (CVCBD )- from 8:30 to 9:15 Ms. Pat will be here to
meet kids coming to
volunteer for community  service hours.


 

2700 Maryland - table manned by Sharon Guida (Charles Village Civic
Association/ Westside),

                                1:00 - there will be a cook out for clean up

23rd and Guilford - table manned by Derek Demaree (Old Goucher Community
Association), Peter Duvall (CVCBD)

                                1:00 - there will be a cook out for clean up
participants 

 

27th and Barclay - table manned by Betty Glaze (Harwood Community
Association) and Bob Brinkman(CVCBD)

 

3230 Abell Ave - table manned by Michael Klima, Susanne Riveles, (Abell
Improvement Association
and David Hill (CVCBD)
