[CV Block Leaders] correction from last email

Sorry if anyone was mislead by my language in my first email.  I understand
there are concerns in the community due to some recent violent acts, but I
am not trying to scare anyone or over inflate a situation.  According to
statistics, the level of crime in the area has not gone up since this time
last summer, but we would like to address these crime trends that we have
noticed in our immediate area.   I hope that clears up any concerns, please
let me know if you have any others.
