If you've driven down St. Paul Street in the Charles Village neighborhood
you can't help but notice a large vacant lot. The site is the home of a
proposed condo and retail building with a garage. However, a downturn in the
housing market has resulted in the project coming to standstill. Marc and
his guests Dana Moore, President of the Charles Village Civic Association,
Mary Pat Clarke, Councilwoman for Baltimore's 14th District and Josh Neiman,
Senior Development Director for Struever Bros. discuss development in
Charles Village.


By the way, at 1 p.m., Mark Steiner has a discussion with the author of a
novel that I very much enjoyed:
