Has anyone been in touch with Mary Pat or Jack Young about this yet? I would think they would be advocates and probably be willing to write a new City Council law about dog control and consequences for dog owners. I mean something beyond the dog leashing law that addresses the issues that Paul mentioned.<br><br><div>
